Intern Architect or licensed Architect:
We are seeking talented individual(s) to be part of the growth of the firm. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit being motivated, flexible, driven, anxious, hungry to win, and do great work each day. Minimum qualifications include a 5 year or more degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited university. Must be a licensed architect or on a path to become licensed within 2-3 years. Must be effective in producing documents through each phase of the design process, have organization skills, be pleasant to work with, tolerant to various point of views, willing to work extra when necessary, and more skills which will be discussed during an interview. The years of experience and qualifications that the candidate has is important. However, what is known is beneficial but what is unknown or undeveloped can be learned while working at this firm.

The primary focus of the firm is the be the absolute best at architectural design and project management. The leadership is seeking out the right individuals to be part of this excellence and growth.
The current opportunity is to have an impact at the ground floor, aid in the strategic direction, and reap the rewards as the plan develops. The right individual(s) will become fully integrated in the direction of the firm. There will be opportunities for partnership and ownership after a period of proof that it is the right fit.
The work environment is flexible. Office space is available, but work from home is acceptable. The work involves direct in-person interaction with colleagues and clients. Occasional daytime travel is required in the region due to the locations of the projects.
The culture of the region and the firm is a mixture of what one should expect in a small town in Wyoming that is also the home of a major university. At the risk of oversimplifying this, think of academics mixed with agriculture. Also know that recreation, retreat, and family are important common values.
